GDPR Compliance
OTUS AI is built with privacy and compliance at its core. All audio and text are processed securely using Azure OpenAI services hosted in UK or EU regions, ensuring that no data leaves these jurisdictions.
Audio is recorded locally in your browser and only transmitted securely for transcription. Data is not stored, logged, or used to train any models. The app never processes patient data for secondary purposes.
Clinicians remain the data controllers, while OTUS AI and Azure act as data processors under the Microsoft Data Processing Addendum (DPA), compliant with GDPR and UK GDPR.
